CloudTDMS Development Methodology and Process

At CloudTDMS, we are using Agile methodology to make sure:

• Customer satisfaction by early and continuous delivery of valuable software.
• Welcome changing requirements from customers or product owners, even in late development.
• Deliver working releases frequently (weeks rather than months).
• Close & daily cooperation between team members.
• Projects are built around motivated & trusted individuals.
• Working releases is the primary measure of progress.
• Regularly, the team reflects on how to become more effective, and adjusts accordingly.

This section summarises the development process used by CloudTDMS product team. We use a process that ensures any new feature or bug resolution receives multiple reviews by different people before it is included into the main CloudTDMS branch and therefore deployed into production.
