Setting up a ServiceNow developer account​

  • Go to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do and click on "Sign up and start building"Sign up and start building
  • Confirm your email address and sign in
  • You will be prompted with: Credentials
    • instance URL
    • username
    • password
      Save these credentials for later.
  • Click on "Open instance"

Setting up your ServiceNow storage on CloudTDMS​

Open the storages tab and insert the following values for your new ServiceNow storage

  • Name: Name for the storage.
  • Username: Username of your ServiceNow user
  • Password: Password of your ServiceNow user
  • Instance: The instance url without the leading protocol "http://", for example, for instance url https://dev80332.service-now.com, the required part is dev80332.service-now.com
